The amount paid includes a 1-hour virtual consultation, a wellness plan provided within 24 hours, and a 15 minute follow-up call one week after the session
The goal is to get you excited about, and living, a healthy life
Movement and exercise, nutrition, sleep and rest, stress management, mindfulness and relaxation, emotional awareness, social and environmental factors, purpose, focus and intent, personal growth and work-life balance will all be considered in your personalized wellness plan
