What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient healing practice that channels universal life energy to activate the body’s natural healing processes. This holistic approach helps clear energy blockages, allowing you to achieve a state of deep relaxation and emotional harmony.
Performed at your location by a Level 2 (Shoden and Okuden) practitioner
**Kamloops and area (MAX 1hr from the city)**
An extra travel fee may be required depending on your location
We bring everything to you, but you supply the chair
- Make sure to hydrate before and after the session
- Prepare an area for the massage table and working area. The practitioner can help you move furniture if needed, within reason and at the practitioner's discretion
- Have a chair ready for the practitioner, if possible
- Breathe
- Do something relaxing before the massage to make it more effective
Extreme overuse of essential oils can be very dangerous, and even fatal in rare cases(ingestion by children). Always follow our General Safety Guidelines and dilute your oils. Some people may have adverse or allergic reactions. Do not ingest essential oil. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas. Keep out of reach of children.
