Deep muscle work or Relaxation as per your preference with all organic Golden Jojoba and essential oils

Performed at your location by a wellness practitioner with 15 years experience as an Alberta RMT

**Kamloops and area (MAX 1hr from the city)**

An extra travel fee may be required depending on your location

We bring everything to you

  1. Make sure to hydrate before and after the session
  2. Prepare an area for the massage table and working area. The practitioner can help you move furniture if needed, within reason and at the practitioner's discretion
  3. Breathe
  4. Do something relaxing before the massage to make it more effective
  5. Relax in a hot bath after the session, while you hydrate, to speed up recovery

Extreme overuse of essential oils can be very dangerous, and even fatal in rare cases(ingestion by children).  Always follow our General Safety Guidelines and dilute your oils.  Some people may have adverse or allergic reactions.  Do not ingest essential oil.  Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.  Keep out of reach of children.
