With 7 years of an aromatherapy practice and retail business, practicing as an RMT for over 15 years, and a life-long passion for learning and sharing all things natural, let me take you on an informational journey through the mechanisms and safety of essential oils.

This is a one-on-one, 90 minute, free-form, virtual learning experience customized to your interests and life.  

You will receive all relevant course info in PDF format. Extra information and suggestions will be sent in a personalized Follow-up Package within 24 hours after the session.

  11. Answers (hopefully) to any questions
  12. Personalized aromatherapy recommendations for your well-being

This is a virtual session, you will require a decent internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom

  1. Install the Zoom app (or use a browser) on your preferred device
  2. For physical comfort, it is recommended to use a screen that is larger than a phone
  3. Have a pen and paper or convenient space to type your thoughts and questions
  4. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can focus
  5. Make sure you are well rested, and have a drink and snack ready for the session
  6. Review the material and practice often to solidify your learning

Extreme overuse of essential oils can be very dangerous, and even fatal in rare cases(ingestion by children).  Always follow our General Safety Guidelines and dilute your oils.  Some people may have adverse or allergic reactions.  Do not ingest essential oil.  Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.  Keep out of reach of children.
